 Registers 16 GRPM (general) and 24 system (only 20 used)

 System registers contain:
 menu language, video/audio config, default region code
 current audio stream
 hilighted button number
 navigation timer

 Commands (8 bytes/3): Link (within a PGC) and Jump

 Other commands:
 if, nop, goto (command), SetTmpPML
 rsm (resume) to return to movie from a menu

 DVD states:
 stop, first play, VMGM, VTSM, title
